Miami Short Ribs with Sweet and Spicy Marinade

Prep Time
10 Minutes
6 People

  • 3 lbs Beretta Miami Short Ribs
  • 1 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Ketchup
  • ½ Cup Lemon Juice
  • ½ Cup Sesame Oil
  • ¼ Cup Oyster Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Finely Chopped Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 3 Tbsp Tabasco Sauce (you can add more, depends on your desired heat factor!)

Combine all the above ingredients and marinate the beef ribs anywhere from 1 hour to 6 hours, the longer you marinade the more flavourful your beef ribs will be. Place in an air tight container and keep refrigerated until ready to grill. Heat grill to medium/high heat. Place ribs on grill and cook for 3 minutes per side. The thinner the ribs the less time you will need on the grill. Use a brush to rub the excess marinade on the ribs. Serve the ribs on a platter and garnish with thinly chopped green onions.

Buon Appetito,
