Ingredients
- 3 lbs Beretta Miami Short Ribs
- 1 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- ½ Cup Lemon Juice
- ½ Cup Sesame Oil
- ¼ Cup Oyster Sauce
- ¼ Cup Finely Chopped Garlic
- 2 Tbsp Freshly Ground Pepper
- 3 Tbsp Tabasco Sauce (you can add more, depends on your desired heat factor!)
Instructions
Combine all the above ingredients and marinate the beef ribs anywhere from 1 hour to 6 hours, the longer you marinade the more flavourful your beef ribs will be. Place in an air tight container and keep refrigerated until ready to grill. Heat grill to medium/high heat. Place ribs on grill and cook for 3 minutes per side. The thinner the ribs the less time you will need on the grill. Use a brush to rub the excess marinade on the ribs. Serve the ribs on a platter and garnish with thinly chopped green onions.
