COVID-19
We are still operating and accepting online orders during COVID-19. Please be kind to the Beretta team who is working through this unprecedented time. We are committed to fulfilling orders quickly and efficiently and ask for your patience as we experience an increase in order volume. Orders are fulfilled within 24 - 72 hours from Monday to Friday. 

Please read through our local pick up, local delivery, and shipping options below which you must select at the checkout process: 

ETOBICOKE Local Pick Up 
Where: Beretta Kitchen (80 Galaxy Blvd Unit 4, Etobicoke, ON M9W 4Y7) 
When: Monday to Friday from 9am - 4pm. You will receive an email from our team letting you know that your order is ready for pick up. It’s important to wait until you’ve received confirmation from the Beretta team before coming to pick up your order. 

KING CITY Local Pick Up
Where: Beretta Farms Head Office (4400 15th Sideroad, King City, ON L7B 1K4) 
When: Wednesday and Friday from 9am - 4pm. You will receive an email from our team letting you know that your order is ready for pick up. It’s important to wait until you’ve received confirmation from the Beretta team before picking up your order as we do not fulfill orders from this location. Once you arrive and drive up the driveway we will ask for your name and place your order in your trunk for you. 

To pick up your order on Wednesday, please place your order by noon on Monday. To pick up your order on Friday, please place your order by noon on Wednesday. We don’t fulfill orders from our King City location and don't keep product on site to purchase. 

LOCAL Delivery (Beretta Truck) 
• Applies to the following areas ONLY: Brampton, Milton, Mississauga, Oakville, Toronto, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Bolton, Nobleton, King City 
• Orders over $200 get FREE delivery. Orders under $200 have a $20 delivery charge. 
• We are unable to combine orders to qualify for delivery. If you wish to qualify, please place one order under one name and address. 
• Deliveries are made from Monday - Friday. 

UPS Shipping 
• For orders outside of our Local Delivery and Pick Up locations we offer UPS shipping, this rate is calculated during the checkout process. 
• UPS shipments are scheduled for shipping from Monday - Wednesday ONLY.

Packaging Returns 
If you received a shipment or delivery with a thermo box, ice packs or tote bags, you are welcome to return these either to our Etobicoke or King City locations or leave out for your next Local Delivery for our driver to take. However, it is not required. You can also keep or dispose of them.

What does my promocode apply to?

Promocodes apply to all collections except: sale, boxes, merchandise, gift cards, limited time products and experiences. 


What kind of meat is Beretta Online offering?
Only Certified Organic and antibiotic and hormone free products.
 
Is the meat and seafood delivered fresh or frozen?
All products are shipped flash frozen and individually vacuum sealed to lock in the natural juices and flavour, unless noted fresh. They are then packed in gift box and nestled in a reusable polystyrene cooler with enough reusable ice packs to ensure frozen quality delivery. The container is placed in a heavy-duty corrugated box for an additional layer of protection. This is the best way to ensure that every product is delivered in wholesome condition.
 

Why frozen? 

Frozen is the best way to ensure that the meat retains its flavour, texture and colour. 


What countries do you ship to? 

We only ship within Canada. 


In what currency are the prices listed?
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

What’s the best way to defrost the products?
The ideal thawing process is to put your meat or seafood into the refrigerator to defrost overnight. DO NOT THAW AT ROOM TEMPERATURE OR IN HOT WATER. The burgers must be cooked from frozen. Thawing in the fridge is ideal however, if you are in a rush, you can put the vacuum sealed packages into a sink with COLD water, however please be aware that small holes can occur in the vacuum-seal during freezing, shipping or handling which is why we recommend thawing on a dish in your fridge, if you have the time.
 
How long are steaks and seafood good in the freezer?
As long as they are kept at a steady freezing temperature, our meats can last from 12 – 18 months in the freezer... seafood can last from 3 – 6 months
 
How long is the meat aged?
Our Canadian Angus beef is aged for 21 days to peak perfection.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

What if there is a problem with my order?
We are committed to excellence in customer service and providing the highest quality cuts of meat available. If you’re not completely satisfied with your experience, we'll replace your order or refund your money. E-mail or call us and we guarantee we’ll make it right for you every time!

What is your Refund Policy?
We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you feel you require a refund for any reason contact us and we will make it right.

SHOPPING CART 

How and where do I enter in a promo code?
You can enter your promo code upon the checkout process, simply enter in your promo code then click the "apply code" button. Your shopping cart will be updated to reflect the promotional discount. We are unable to apply a promocode once an order has been placed. 

 
How and where do I enter in a gift card?

You can enter your gift card code upon the checkout process, simply enter in your gift card code then click the "apply code" button. Your shopping cart will be updated to reflect the gift card amount deducted from your purchase. We are unable to apply a giftcard once an order has been placed. 


How long are Gift Cards valid? 

Gift Cards are valid for up to one year after purchase date.
