Sustainability

Our programs are fully sustainable in two ways. Firstly, with our ranches ensuring they work in harmony with the land, the water and their surrounding ecosystems. Secondly, we don't believe in wasting any part of our animals. Before harvesting any animal, we ensure we have a home for ALL parts of the carcass.

Being Canadian is something we take great pride in and offer no compromise on. The space and natural resources this country provides has proven to be the perfect home for our animals, which is why all of our animals are born and raised here.
