Fresh Cranberry Sauce


  • 12 oz Fresh Cranberries
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ Cup Water
  • ½ Cup Orange Juice
  • Zest from 1 Orange


Bring water, orange juice and sugar to a boil. Add cranberries and orange zest and reduce heat to med-low. Continue to cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring continually so that it don’t stick to the bottom of the pot. Remove from heat and let cool slightly for 5 minutes. Pour into your favourite serving container.
