How do I shop Beretta Farms products?

What kind of meat is Beretta Online offering?

Only Certified Organic and antibiotic and hormone free products.

Is Beretta meat stored and delivered fresh or frozen?

All products are shipped flash frozen and individually vacuum sealed to lock in the natural juices and flavour, unless noted fresh in the product title. They are delivered in a refrigerated van that keeps the fresh products fresh and the frozen products frozen. We do require someone to be home to accept the order or the customer can request for the order to be left at the door if they are comfortable with doing so. 

Why frozen?

Frozen is the best way to ensure that the meat retains its flavour, texture and colour.

How long are Beretta meats stable in the freezer?

.As long as they are kept at a steady freezing temperature, our meats can last from 12 – 18 months in the freezer... seafood can last from 3 – 6 months.

How long is Beretta Beef aged?
 

Our Canadian Angus beef is aged for 21 days to peak perfection.

DELIVERY/PICKUP SCHEDULE AND UPS RATES

Please read through our local pick up, local delivery, and UPS shipping options below which you must select during checkout:

 

 

During the checkout process, you will be prompted to select one of the following (4) obtainment options:

 

1) ETOBICOKE (Beretta Kitchen) Local Pick Up

Where: Beretta Kitchen (80 Galaxy Blvd Unit 4, Etobicoke, ON M9W 4Y8)

When: Monday to Friday from 9am - 3pm. All orders placed during the weekdays are ready for pickup on the same day.  You will receive an email from our team letting you know that your order is ready for pick up. It is important to wait until you’ve received confirmation from the Beretta team before coming to pick up your order.


 

2) KING CITY (Head Office Farm) Local Pick Up

Where: Beretta Farms Head Office (4400 15th Sideroad, King City, ON L7B 1K4)

When: Mondays and Thursdays from 9am - 4pm. You will receive an email from our team letting you know that your order is ready for pick up. It is important to wait until you have received confirmation from the Beretta team before picking up your order as we do not fulfill orders from this location. Once you arrive and drive up the driveway, we will ask for your name and place your order in your trunk for you.

To pick up your order on Monday, please place your order before Friday at midnight. To pick up your order on Thursday, please place your order by Tuesday at 9am. We do not fulfill orders from our King City location and don't keep product on site to purchase.

For pickups on Saturdays at our Farm Store, make  sure to have your order in by Friday at midnight! Our store hours are from 9am-1pm on Saturdays.


 

3) LOCAL Delivery (Beretta Truck)

• We deliver to the following areas: Brampton, Milton, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Toronto, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Bolton, Nobleton, King City, Schomberg, Aurora, Caledon, Newmarket, Bradford.

• Orders over $50 get FREE delivery. Orders under $50 have a $20 delivery charge.

• We are unable to combine orders to qualify for delivery. If you wish to qualify, please place one order under one name and address.

• Deliveries are made from Tuesday - Friday.
 

4) UPS Shipping

• For orders outside of our Local Delivery and Pick Up locations we offer UPS shipping, this rate is calculated during the checkout process.

• UPS shipments are scheduled for shipping from Monday - Tuesday ONLY.


 

Why is UPS Express shipping so expensive?

The reason shipping perishable goods is so expensive really comes down to two factors: the materials and the service. In order to safely ship your products, we require insulated boxes with koolit packs to keep the product from thawing. Secondly, after a lot of trial and error, we only trust UPS Express shipping at this time. It has shown to be the fastest and most reliable service in getting our customers their products on-time and in great condition.
