What Makes These Different

Every stick is hung by hand in Beretta's butcher smokehouse — a production method that can't be replicated at scale. The slow-drying process concentrates flavour and produces the firm, dense texture that distinguishes a craft meat stick from an extruded snack product. The beef itself is the same RWA Canadian Angus used in Beretta's steaks — premium cuts, not trim.

Seven clean ingredients. Natural smoke, fermented celery extract (natural preservation, no synthetic nitrites), garlic, spices. No artificial flavours. No MSG. Zero carbohydrates.

Beretta makes both beef and bison meat sticks. The beef version has the familiar, rich, slightly smoky character of RWA Canadian Angus — bold beef flavour that most buyers recognise immediately.
