3 lbs Beretta Miami Short Ribs
1 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Ketchup
½ Cup Lemon Juice
½ Cup Sesame Oil
¼ Cup Oyster Sauce
¼ Cup Finely Chopped Garlic
2 Tbsp Freshly Ground Pepper
3 Tbsp Tabasco Sauce (you can add more, depends on your desired heat factor!)
1. Combine all the above ingredients and marinate the beef ribs anywhere from 1 hour to 6 hours, the longer you marinade the more flavourful your beef ribs will be.
2. Place in an air tight container and keep refrigerated until ready to grill.
3. Heat grill to medium/high heat.
4. Place ribs on grill and cook for 3 minutes per side. The thinner the ribs the less time you will need on the grill.
5. Use a brush to rub the excess marinade on the ribs.
6. Serve the ribs on a platter and garnish with thinly chopped green onions.
