- Fish: Salmon, tuna, sardines, and other seafood.
- Animal Fats: Tallow used for cooking or in addition to meals.
- Eggs: A staple for protein and nutrients.
- Dairy: Some versions include full-fat dairy like cheese and butter.
Excludes:
- Vegetables, Grains, Legumes, Nuts, Seeds, Fruits, Alcohol, Any Sugars.
