Garlic Scape Pizza
Fresh, fragrant and pesticide free scapes just harvested from our friends at 'Saoirse Cnoc Farm' in Grey County. Sandy and Anne are the intrepid couple who left city life behind just a few years ago to live and work on their gorgeous hundred acres. We have made a simple pesto and added a little Ontario White Cheddar to create an incredibly flavourful pizza.
Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, Filtered water, Poolish (unbleached wheat flour, filtered water, fresh yeast), Fresh Ontario garlic scape pesto (garlic scape blended with olive oil and sea salt), two year old Ontario white cheddar (milk, bacterial cutlure, salt), Extra virigin olive oil, Fresh yeast, Sea salt, Malt flour, Black pepper.
Re-heating Instructions: Heat directly on the rack of a 450F oven for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy with your favourite chilled white!
