French White Small Baguette
A hand-shaped baguette with a crisp crust and a mellow, buttery wheat flavour. Accompanies all your meals or makes great sandwiches.
Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, Filtered water, Sea salt, Fresh yeast, Malt extract, Malt flour, Ascorbic acid.
Re-heating Instructions: Thaw, bake at 450F for 3 - 4 minutes, allow to cool for 15 minutes.
