Antibiotic and Hormone Free Marinated Whole Beef Brisket
We first brine our brisket for 24 hours in a bath of very special herbs and spices. We then smoke the brisket for 6 hours at a very low temperature to give it that authentic, natural and refined smoky flavour and essence. To finish, we sous-vide the brisket for 48 hours, to produce the most succulent experience there is to offer.
