Our very first sourdough! Ontario grown Heritage Red Fife Whole Wheat and rye flours enhance this dark crusted chewy hearth loaf. Grill it with olive oil, top with heirloom tomatoes and sea salt.
Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, Water, Organic whole wheat sourdough starter, Or ganic rye flour.
Re-heating Instructions: Thaw, bake at 450F for 5 - 8 minutes, allow to cool for 20 minutes.
