We’ve added an extra kiss of hardwood smoke and coated it in our Beretta Kitchen homemade spice rub.
Hint: Try double smoking and add a honey glaze for extra flavour.
Ingredients: Clove, Coriander, Star Anise, Mustard Seed, Fennel Seed, Juniper Berry, Black Pepper, Garlic, Shallots, Salt, Sugar and Water.
What makes this line so special – these pigs were raised locally at our head office in King City, Ontario without the use of antibiotics, added hormones or steroids. These pigs were fed on Beretta Kitchen leftover scraps and enjoyed the open pastures and mud puddles all day long.
