Beretta Beef Sliders

Don’t let the size of these sliders fool you, they are packed with the ultimate beefy flavour.

Makes 8 (2 oz) sliders

– ½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt

– ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper

– ½ Teaspoon Dried Oregano

– ½ cup Vegetable Oil for brushing patties

– 16oz Beretta Lean Ground Beef

– 16 Mini Buns of your choice, we like Fred’s Breads

 

  1. Mix the Beretta Lean ground beef with the Dried Oregano in a stainless steel mixing bowl
  2. Form 8 equal round balls, then gently press them with the palm of your hand into a patty. Preheat your BBQ to High Heat
  3. Lightly Brush both sides of the patty with a little oil, season each side with salt & pepper.
  4. Grill the Beretta Sliders for approximately 4 minutes per side, or an internal temperature of 165F has been reached.
  5. Garnish with your Favourite toppings:
